The legislation regarding visas granted through interviews at Mexican consular offices abroad is extensive and may be confusing. Consular interviews, as the initial step to obtain a residence in Mexico, must be done personally by the interested party. Although we would be delighted to carry out this phase of the procedure on your behalf, the law does not allow it. Once you have obtained your pre-approved visa at the consular office, we will be able to assist you during the rest of the procedure, until you obtain your residency plastic card.
